You need an authorised representative when selling certain products from outside the EU and UK, to consumers in the respective markets. The AR verifies your compliance documents, and allows you to use their AR information on your product packaging.

We have partnered with a leading service provider to provide Authorised Representative services covering both the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Which products require an Authorised Representative?

An Authorised Representative is generally required when selling products that require CE marking in the EU (different requirements apply in the UK).

How does the process work?

Step 1: Contact us to request a quotation – We will then forward your request to our AR partner

Step 2: Our partner sends the AR Agreement

Step 3: You receive the invoice and instructions to submit your compliance documentation

Step 4: Document Verification

The Authorised Representative will review and verify your Declaration of Conformity, test report and technical documentation. Some of these documents can be created using the Compliance Gate Platform.

Step 5: you can now use their address when selling products to the EU and/or UK
